Smoothie season
Smoothies are one of our favorite ways to beat the heat while squeezing in servings of fruits and veggies, a big hit of protein, and hydrating electrolytes! Our kids love these smoothies - they taste like a milkshake! Multiply the recipes to make a family batch. Here are two of Chelsea’s fav smoothie recipes!
Strawberry Vanilla
1 Cup Fairlife Protein Milk* (I use the fat free version)
⅔ Cup Frozen Strawberries
⅓ Cup Water
1 Scoop flavorless electrolytes
Coffee or Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana
1 Cup Fairlife Protein Milk* (I use the fat free version)
⅔ Cup Frozen Bananas
⅓ Cup Water
1 Scoop flavorless electrolytes
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
*Can substitute with dairy-free nut or seed milk (or water in a pinch)!
Add everything to a blender and mix until smooth, milkshake consistency.
