class offerings
Phases Class
50-55 mins. Each PHASES class begins with deep breathing, to awaken the core. Then, we go through a full body, free weight strength training workout. We end class with high intensity interval training, alternating cardio moves with breathwork and stretches. The movements we practice throughout class are mindful and functional, meaning they mimic activities of daily living. We encourage deep belly breathing while lifting in order to maintain correct form, making this a super safe workout for women at all levels of fitness.
STRONG AS A MOTHER
50-55 minutes. Research shows that staying fit during pregnancy leads to lower chances of labor interventions and an easier path to postpartum recovery! Each class includes breathwork, strength training, and labor training that prepare you for pregnancy, labor, and beyond. Special focus areas include diastasis control & prevention and pelvic floor strengthening & relaxation.
Community class
2 hours. This is a PHASES class from 11-noon followed by a social hour from noon-1 with food, bevies, and conversation. This is your time ladies- you can’t take care of your loved ones if you don’t take care of yourself. If you’re thinking about becoming a member and have questions or would like to meet Nicole and Chelsea - come to the second half of community class, grab a mimosa or fauxmosa and say hello!
