As busy moms of four young kiddos combined, women who have many passions ranging from spending full days making sourdough, to knitting, to traveling the world - we want to run our own schedules! And, we’re sure many of you feel the same way. So, currently, all of our one-on-one training is hybrid in-person and virtual (and can be virtual only). This way, we can offer flexible training options for you and we can work together from the comfort of our own homes - or wherever in the world we all may be.

Get your workout in wherever and whenever, at your own pace. Includes:

  • A live, virtual or in-person full-body assessment, including pelvic floor and diastasis assessments.

  • Weekly schedules with individualized programs including strength programs and cardio workouts. (With demo videos for all movements.)

  • Nutritional guidance, tips & tricks, and recipes

  • Accountability and encouragement through regular, text check-ins from us!

  • Re-assessment after each 6-week mesocycle.
