Protein coffee
It’s not easy to reach the recommended level of protein intake for active women, but starting your day with a protein-heavy breakfast is a great way to set yourself up for success. One way that we do this is through Protein Coffee. Our version is customizable to your specific diet, SUPER delicious, and especially refreshing in the warm months over ice. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1+ cups cold coffee (we use 12oz - 1.5 cups)
1 cup cold milk (nut, dairy, seed, whatever!)
1 scoop of your favorite protein (ours is Arbonne Essential Meal Replacement - vanilla is delicious in this recipe)
Optional
Chocolate or flavorless electrolytes (our favorite for Protein Coffee is LMNT chocolate salt)
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
A little glug of local maple syrup
Add everything to a blender, blend, and pour over ice!
